Nino Ghvinadze is a Data Analyst at the Secretariat of the State Commission on Migration Issues (SCMI), Public Service Development Agency (PSDA). She is part of the team developing Unified Migration Data Analytical System at PSDA. She leads System development and integration within the PSDA’s institutional framework, including but not limited to the development of analytical products, Systems’ business processes and capacity building of its users. Nino’s interests lie largely with the data management in administrative institutions and the use of the administrative data for better management and policy-making.
Nino has been associated with the PSDA for the past five years. During this time she provided leading analytical support to the Working Group developing Migration Strategy of Georgia and drafted the concept as well as several chapters of 2016-2020 Strategy and its 2016-2017 Action Plan. She is the co-author of the 2015 Migration Profile of Georgia, Georgia’s Migration Risk Analysis Concept and Action Plan.
Prior to PSDA Nino has been part of different international and national organizations working on development of public policy analysis and strengthening of civil society and academia, organizational development and strategic planning and other development projects.
